The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre on March 12, 2024 has issued a Certificate of Incorporation of Lumax Resources. The operations of Lumax Resources, will be in line with the company's vision, will enable the company to further address growth opportunities in automotive sector.
