TIL has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of TIL has been scheduled to be held on Monday, 18th March, 2024 to consider fixation of record date and finalisation of the terms of the proposed rights issue, including issue price, etc. in accordance with applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. In view of the above and further to letter dated 6th March, 2024 and 12th March, 2024 respectively regarding closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed on 7th March, 2024 shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting, Wednesday, 20th March, 2024 in connection with the aforesaid matter.
