Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 and any other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, RLF has informed that it had submitted Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 of the company along with Limited Review Report on 13th February, 2024 but inadvertently there was some clerical mistake in Limited Review Report so the company is submitting revised Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report. Copy of the same is enclosed.
