Nawal has assumed office as ‘CFO- Designate’ with effect from March 15, 2024. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 it has enclosed details of Nawal in Annexure I. None of the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and their respective relatives are concerned or interested, financially or otherwise in the above.
