Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Reliance Power has informed that for the purpose of the debt settlement, the Company along with its Promoter, Reliance Infrastructure, as a Guarantor has signed Settlement Agreement with ICICI Bank (ICICI) on March 14, 2024. The entire obligations with respect to the borrowings of the Company has been settled. ICICI holds eight hundred and eighty-six equity shares of the Company and is neither a related party nor part of the promoter group.
