Further, in accordance with the SEBI Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/66 dated 24th January 2022 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated 17th May 2023, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued to the said shareholder(s) of the Company within the prescribed timelines.
