Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of board meeting for consideration & approval of the audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
