National Highways Infra Trust has informed that the Board of Directors (Board) of National Highways Infra Investment Managers (acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) at its meeting held on 4 th March, 2024 declared Distribution for the month of 31st January, 2024. It was informed that the record date for this distribution will be 7 th March, 2024 and payment will be made within 15 days from the date of declaration. Based on the said declaration of distribution by the Board of Investment Manager of Rs. 0.631 per unit for the month of 31st January, 2024 at Trust level (subject to applicable withholding taxes if any), the distributions have been completed by 15th March, 2024 to the unit holders.
