With refer to Email dated 15th March, 2024 regarding clarification on price movement and intimation to the Stock Exchange about the events, information etc, Rico Auto Industries has informed that they on regular basis intimate to the Stock Exchanges information/ announcements required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and also the other relevant regulations. They further informed that the Company has no role to play in the price movement, market forces are the deciding factor for the same.
