According to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Gensol Engineering has informed that the company has completed 160 MW ground-mounted solar project for Continuum Green Energy in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, valued at Rs 128 Crores. This project will contribute significantly to Gensol’s increasing solar EPC project portfolio. Further in this regard, an Investor Release issued by the Company is enclosed.
