Waa Solar has completed the sale of shares of its Material Subsidiary Company, Madhav (Sehora Silodi Corridor) Highways, upon obtaining approval from its shareholders vide postal ballot dated February 12, 2024 concluded on March 13, 2024 and the voting results were announced on March 15, 2024 by the Company.

Waa Solar is mainly engaged in solar power generation by setting up Solar Power Project and by investing in Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) associate and subsidiaries companies which are engaged in solar power generation activities.
