Z.F.Steering Gear (India) has informed that the Company had received request from the Shareholder(s), for issue of duplicate share certificates, in lieu of the original share certificates reported as lost/ misplaced/ defaced. In accordance with Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/ 2022/ 8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company’s RTA (Link Intime India) will issue letters of confirmation to the shareholders.
