Compucom Software has completed the acquisition of additional 24,50,000 shares (i.e. 25.79%) of CSL Infomedia (Infomedia) from its existing shareholders. Infomedia has been become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Compucom held 74.21% share of CSL Infomedia before acquisition. After this acquisition, Compucom Software hold 100% shares of CSL Infomedia. The cost of acquisition is Rs 4.18 crore and the price is Rs 17.10 per share.
