Nitta Gelatin India has informed that the Company’s subsidiary, Bamni Proteins is in receipt of a communication from the Banker viz Standard Chartered Bank that Bank Guarantee to the tune of Rs. 5 lakhs has been invoked based on information received from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board on the basis of which the bank has debited the Company’s account on 18.03.2024. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are provided in Annexure I.
