Uno Minda has invested a sum of Rs 6.04 crore by way of subscription to 60,42,060 Equity shares of Uno Minda Buehler Motor (UMBM) allotted on March 20, 2024 at a face value of Rs 10 each, on right issue basis.
Post allotment, the investment of the Company in the equity shares of UMBM stands at Rs 11.87 crore. The shareholding of the company in UMBM remains unchanged at 50.10%.
Uno Minda (formerly known as Minda Industries) offers a range of products across various verticals of auto components, such as switching systems, acoustic systems and alloy wheels, among others.
