According to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Gensol Engineering has informed that the company has in the normal course of business, received the largest-ever turnkey EPC order from a leading power generation utility in the state of Maharashtra. The order value of this project is pegged at INR 520,00,00,000 including taxes. Further in this regard, an Investor Release issued by the Company is enclosed.
