Ras Resorts & Apart Hotels has informed that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company, the trading window for transaction of Securities of the company shall remain closed from Monday, April 01, 2024 for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 and will be re-opened for trading 48 hours after the financial results are declared by the Board of the company. Accordingly, Directors/Officers/Designated Employees/Other Related Parties and persons of the company and their dependent family members are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during the period of closure of trading window as stated above. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in the due Course.
