Eco Recycling has received approval for sale of 50,000 equity shares worth Rs 5 lakh in ELV Recycling (ELV), an Associate Company of the Company to Brijkishor Kishangopal Soni. Consequent to above, ELV will cease to be an associate of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 22, 2024 has approved the same.
