In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and Bank's Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Bank of India has informed that the Trading Window for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank / their relatives / Connected Persons to deal in securities of the Bank, shall remain closed from Monday, 01.04.2024 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2024. The date of the meeting of the Board at which aforesaid financial results are to be approved, will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
