Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Greaves Cotton has informed that the Company has executed a Technology Transfer and Supply Agreement (‘Agreement’) with Tsuyo Manufacturing (‘Tsuyo’) wherein Tsuyo has agreed to transfer knowhow as well as the relevant manufacturing machinery pertaining to motors. wound motors and controllers of low speed 3-wheeler category (L3) vehicles. The company has enclosed the details as prescribed under Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A.
