Further to letter dated 21st March, 2024 addressed to the Stock Exchanges relating to postponement of Record Date of 22nd March, 2024 for Rights Issue, TIL has informed that the pending formalities with NSDL has been resolved today and accordingly the Rights Issue Monitoring Committee has decided to withdraw the aforesaid intimation of postponement and re-confirm the Record Date for the Rights Issue as Friday, 22nd March, 2024. This is in line with the Corporate Action disseminated by the Stock Exchanges, NSE and BSE today on their respective portals.
