ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that on March 22, 2024 at 12:56 pm, the Company has received an Order from the State Tax Officer, Ghatak 5 (Ahmedabad), Range-2, Division-1, Gujarat raising a GST demand of ? 71,85,191, interest of ? 72,21,117 and levying penalty of ? 7,27,714. The Company will be filing an appeal against the said Order. The details of the said Order as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as an Annexure 1.
