In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) as amended and in compliance Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Varroc Engineering has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Monday, April 1, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on March 31, 2024. The date of consideration of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
