Pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Kitex Garments has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting in which the said results will be considered and approved shall be intimated in due course.
