Raj Rayon Industries has informed that in terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from, 28th March, 2024, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The trading window shall open after the 48 hours of declaration of said results. The date of Board meeting to consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
