Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Vinati Organics has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
