Udayshivakumar Infra has informed that the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons ,their immediate relatives, officers and designated employees as defined in the code shall remain closed from 01st April, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after disclosure of financial results for the Quarter ended and Financial year ending 31st March, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting for declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Financial year ending 31st March, 2024, shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
