Diamines and Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and as per the ‘Code of Internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders’ adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for the Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and Connected Persons will remain closed from April 01, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024 will be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
