Pbm Polytex has informed that in view of finalization of audited accounts for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company (PBM Polytex) shall remain closed for all the Directors / Promoters / Designated Persons and / or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company, with effect from Monday, the 1st day of April, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein the results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 would be considered.
