Sandhar Technologies has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from Monday, April 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on the March 31, 2024. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on the March 31, 2024 shall be informed in due course.
