Fortis Healthcare to divest entire stake in its Australian arm: Report

Fortis Healthcare is reportedly planning to divest its entire stake in its Australian arm -- Dental Corporation -- to Bupa Australia Health for Australian $ 270.38 million.

Meanwhile, the Victoria court has approved the scheme of arrangement for Bupa Australia Health to complete its full acquisition of Dental Corporation Holdings and consequently, Bupa will acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Dental Corporation at completion on May 31, 2013.
