Sobha has reported 2.77% growth in total sales value to Rs 1504.00 crore in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 1463.40 crore in Q4FY23. In full year, its total sales value stood at Rs 6644.10 crore.
The average price realization stood at Rs 11,230 / square feet in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 9,898 / square feet in Q4FY23. During Q4FY24, the company has launched 4 new residential projects with a total saleable area of 3,179,114.23 square feet.
