IFGL Refractories has informed that it enclosed Postal Ballot Notice dated 5th April, 2024 (‘Notice’) issued by the Company for seeking approval of the Members by passing Special Resolution for Appointment of Arasu Shanmugam (DIN: 02316638) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years from Wednesday, 13th March, 2024 to Friday, 12th March, 2027. In accordance with circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA Circulars), from time to time, electronic copy of the Notice has been sent to the shareholders of the Company whose names appeared on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as received from the Depositories as on Cut-off date Monday, 8th April, 2024. The physical copy of the Notice along with postal ballot forms and pre-paid business reply envelope has not been sent to the members for the postal ballot, in terms of the MCA Circulars. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository (NSDL) to provide remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting facility will be available from Monday, 15th April, 2024 (9:00 AM) till Tuesday, 14th May, 2024 (5:00 PM). This Notice will is available on the Company’s website www.ifglgroup.com under ‘Investor’ section and shall also be available on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
