In compliance with Regulation 30(4) and Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, and in continuation of its earlier communications from time to time, Orient Electric has informed that the Telangana State Factories Department, Government of Telangana has issued on April 19, 2024, Factory Licence for the upcoming manufacturing plant of the Company at Hyderabad. The Company will inform the stock exchanges in due course about the commencement of the commercial production at the new Hyderabad Plant.
