As per earlier letter Dated on 15-03-2024 Nicco Uco Alliance Credit had decided the Book Closure from Wednesday the 24th April, 2024 to Tuesday, 30th April, 2024 (Both Days Inclusive) is postponed now it has been decided to keep the new Book Closure Date from Friday the 3rd May, 2024 to Wednesday, 8th May, 2024. Previously it decides that EGM will be held on 30 April, 2024 as per the outcome of board meeting on 28.02.2024, but later it was decided in the 15-04-2024 board meeting to Postpone and new date of the EGM on 8 May, 2024 due to intimate of CIRP under section 10 of IBC, 2016.
