Akshar Spintex has informed that CS Piyush Jethva, Practicing Company Secretary has resigned as Secretarial Auditor of the Company vide resignation letter dated April 22, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular issued vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD? PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are given in Annexure A. In view of the same, CS Piyush Jethva is no longer associated as secretarial auditor of the Company.
