Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Classic Filaments has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 1, 2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024.
Further to earlier intimation given on March 26, 2024 and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from the end of the Quarter till May 3, 2024 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration Financial Results at the Board Meeting and shall re-open from May 4, 2024.
