With reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), Quess Corp has confirmed that the Company is ‘Not a Large Corporate’ as per the applicability criteria mentioned in clause 3.2 of the said SEBI Circular for the financial year 2024-25. Therefore, the requirement of Initial Disclosure as required under the said SEBI Circular is not applicable to the Company. Disclosure in prescribed format is also enclosed as Annexure - A.
