The details required in terms of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure. In this regard a Postal Ballot Notice has been approved by the Board of Directors to seek approval of the Shareholders for the appointment of Independent Director on the Board of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
