Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Kalyani Steels has informed that the Second Term of B.B. Hattarki, as an Independent Director of the Company, has been completed on March 31, 2024 and accordingly Hattarki has ceased to be the Director of the Company from April 1, 2024. The members at their Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2018, had approved the re-appointment of Hattarki, for a Second Term of 5 consecutive years with effect from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are annexed as Annexure-A.
