These options were earlier granted from time to time and intimated vide its letters dated September 08, 2020, February 04, 2021, September 17, 2021, November 27, 2022 and February 07, 2023. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure I. The event occurred on April 1, 2024 at 9.00 am.
