Berger Paints India has informed that Pulak Chandan Prasad [Prasad] (DIN: 00003557) has ceased to be a non-executive, Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2024 on completion of his second consecutive term as an Independent Director for which he was re-appointed by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 3rd August, 2018. Consequent to the cessation as a Director, Prasad will also cease to be a member of the Committees of the Board; Audit Committee -Member; Compensation and Nomination and Remuneration Committee - Member.
