Dollar Industries has informed that the 2nd term of Binay Kumar Agarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director has been expired on 31.3.2024 at 24:00 hours. Accordingly, the office of the aforesaid Independent Director, Binay Kumar Agarwal (Non-Executive Independent Director) is deemed to have been vacated from 1st April, 2024. To meet the requirement of composition of Board, the Company has already appointed Vibha Agarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effective from 1st April, 2024. Details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
