Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) read with Para A of Part A of schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations'’), Man Infraconstruction has informed that Dharmesh Shah (DIN: 01599899) retired as an Independent Director of the Company, upon completion of his second consecutive term of office, at the close of business hours on 31st March, 2024. The Board and the Management of the Company expressed deep appreciation to Dharmesh Shah for his extensive contribution. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure I.
