In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the 4th Quarter ended March 31, 2024, based on the confirmation certificate received from GNSA Infotech, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has confirmed that with respect to 22 physical share certificates (comprising 2,200 equity shares) received for dematerialisation of securities (equity shares) of the Company, following actions have been taken by the RTA, the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange, namely, BSE; the securities received from the depository participant(s) for dematerialisation were confirmed (accepted) to the depositories (NSDL/CDSL); and the said certificates, after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner.
