Hindustan Composites has enclosed a Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 31st March, 2024 received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, confirming that the securities received for dematerialization have been confirmed/rejected and security certificates received were mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines and that the details are furnished to the Stock Exchanges and further certify that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
