With respect to the referred SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 and applicable BSE Circulars as amended from time to time, Stanpacks (India) has informed that the Company does not fall under the category of Large Corporate under the framework of referred SEBI Operational Circular dated August 10, 2021, and therefore relevant disclosure or compliance requirement under the aforesaid SEBI circular does not apply to the Company.
