On the confirmation received from Cameo Corporate Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner within stipulated time limit under captioned regulations and the details are furnished to the stock exchange.
