Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Perfectpac has informed that they have received information regarding loss of share certificate from Company’s RTA Skyline Financial Services. The legal heirs of shareholders have requested for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. They proposed to issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder on receipt of the requisite documents.
