Bannari Amman Spinning Mills has certified that the certificates of security received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended 31st March, 2024 were confirmed (accepted/rejected} to the depositories by the Registrar & Transfer Agent within 15 days of receipt of such certificates. Further, it confirmed that the security certificates received and accepted for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as Registered Owner.
